Azul Aran

Country of Origin: Spain

This stone is quarried in the Val d'Aran, or Aran Valley, in the Spanish region of Catalonia. The granite is quarried out of the nearby Pyrennese mountains, which borders Val d'Aran to the south. The rare silvery-blue in this granite makes it highly sought-after; other colors often present in this granite include silver-gray, cream, white, purple and black.
